We do not accept service of documents (whether in proceedings or otherwise) by email, unless one of our directors expressly confirms to the contrary in writing. The inclusion of an email address on our letterhead shall not of itself be deemed to constitute such confirmation.
Only directors may bind the company to decision making. A list of the directors may be inspected at our registered office at 5 Portland Square, Bristol BS2 8RR.
You may have read in the press of attempts by criminals to deceive clients of law firms into paying money into a bank account that is not that firm’s own account. We will not be changing our bank details during the course of acting for any client. If you receive an email or any other communication asking you to pay money into a different account than the one we have notified, please contact us immediately on tel: +44 117 9420901 and obtain confirmation of our bank details, both verbally and followed up by an email from us, before you make any payment. If you change your own bank details whilst we are acting for you, and you are due to receive a transfer of funds from us, please notify us in person or by telephone as soon as possible.
